Foiz Ahmed, Director of Operations for Hersha Hospitality Management at the Nu Hotel will analyze their experience with the Brooklyn hotel market.

Kevin Lalezarian, Principal with Lalezarian Properties, will discuss Brooklyn Gold, their 510 unit, new construction rental project.

Jim Mamary, who created 15 Brooklyn restaurants including Patios, Enduros and Pomme de Terre, will provide the restaurateurÕs point of view of the Brooklyn retail market.

Jason Muss, a Principal at Muss Development, LLC, will discuss the final phase of Oceana Condominium and Club, a 1.5 million square foot, 15 building condominium project in Brighton Beach.
